Invalid OTP HDFC Credit Card Complaint – Extra Charge Deducted

This category of complaint has been added recently by some customers of HDFC Credit card in which they were charged extra amount because of using wrong OTP. Now, one of the key problems is that someone else who might somehow get to know about the card details may try to make payment using the wrong OTP and the card owner gets caught in that.
